PORTIER
Responsable de:
- Accueillir les clients en tant que première image et impression de l'hôtel et/ou du restaurant.
- Fournir des indications et des recommandations aux clients qui en font la demande.
- Coordination des réservations de taxis effectuées par la réception.
- Nettoyage et contrôle de la sécurité de l'entrée et du périmètre de l'hôtel.
- Gestion des éléments d'entrée. vélos électriques, chariots à bagages, fonctionnement des portes, parapluies et affiches promotionnelles/informatives.
- Exécution d'autres fonctions pouvant être requises dans le cadre de ses compétences.
- Coordonner l'accès des clients externes à La Terraza.
- Assister les grooms en cas de besoin (service des bagages, mise en place de salles exceptionnelles).
- Coordonner les arrivées des VIP.
- Veiller à la bonne utilisation du gué de l'hôtel.

Responsabilités:
- Assigner et distribuer le travail quotidien en fonction de l'équipe.
- Superviser l'agencement et l'état des chambres et des espaces communs.
- Superviser la fourniture de l'équipement, du matériel de nettoyage, du linge et des commodités.
- Effectuer des inventaires mensuels et rendre compte des stocks au service des achats et à son supérieur.
- Informer et répondre aux besoins des clients, tels que les heures auxquelles le service en chambre est souhaité ou les demandes spéciales.
- Coordonner et participer à la couverture quotidienne, et assurer le suivi des équipements des chambres VIP.
- Maintenir un contact direct avec le département de la réception pour le bon déroulement du travail commun et avec le département de l'entretien pour la réparation et le bon état des chambres.
Exigences:
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, de préférence avec une expérience préalable dans le secteur hôtelier.
