Cancellation policy

Flexible: bookings can be cancelled and/or modified up to 24 hours before arrival. If cancelled later, you will be charged the first night's fee.


NON-Refundable: in case of cancellation and/or modification, a 100% of the agreed fee will be charged.

Tourist tax

Not included in the price and payable directly at the hotel, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and for guests of 17 or older. The cost is 8.25 euros per person per night.

Does the hotel have parking?

We have an agreement with Parking Saba Cathedral nearby, with an exclusive rate of €36 per day, for in-house guests.

Do you have a Spa?

In the Wellbeing area we offer facial and body treatments as well as access to the Thermal Suite. Please see our spa menu for more information.

Do you offer a buffet breakfast? What are the hours?

We offer a breakfast buffet, and a la carte menu from 7am to 11am during the week, and from 7am to 11.30am at the weekend.

Do you have a laundry service?

Can I add an extra bed?

Yes, in some room categories it is possible to add an extra bed, subject to availability. For more information, please contact: info@grandhotelcentral.com

Do I need to bring a towel for the pool?

No. We provide towels for in-house guests.

Do you have a concierge service? What sort of services can I request?

The only limit to our concierge service is your imagination. We are here to organise transfers, theatre tickets, operas, concerts, city tours, or even, reservations at the best restaurants in the city.

Is the pool only for guests?

Yes, the pool and sunbeds are exclusively use for guests.  

How do I reserve a sunbed? 

Sunbeds are only for hotel guests. If you are a guest, during your check in or the day before your arrival you can reserve two hours slot time your sunbed, from 10am to 6pm for the same day or the day after. A sunbed per room.

What payment methods do we accept?

Cash and Credit Cards (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, UNIONPAY).

Besides the room payment, is there any other payment I have to cover?

During check-in, a deposit of 100 euros per night will be required for extras and payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Do you have connecting rooms available for families?

Do you have cots available?

Yes, we have baby cot for babies up to 2 years old available on request, free of charge.

My booking is payable directly at the hotel, is there a pre-arrival charge?

No, although the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card to guarantee its validity.
